Door Hinges DIY Installation Steps for Hidden Doors.
For Door Hinges, There is a 3-ways adjustable concealed hinge for it. Nothing is sticking out of door jamb when the door is closed.
Method 1: Installing by a standard carpentry router jig
To install the concealed hinges, you must be experienced in carpentry skills
Step 1: Mark the Centerline of Concealed Door Hinge on Door Edge
Measure the width of the hinge, refer to the technical instruction, mark the centerline of door hinge on the door edge.
E.g. it's 25mm (1 inch) width, 5mm(0.2 Inches) distance from the door edge to the hinge body. The centerline will be at (width/2 + distance) =17.5mm(0.7 Inches)
Step 2: Aligning the Router Jig with the Centerline
Aligning the Router Jig with the centerline, tighten the screws to fix it on the door leaf.
Step 3: Drill the Door Hinges Hole
Get the suitable milling cutter (same size as the hinge width), adjust the depth and length as per the hinge specification, milling the upper hole. Adjust the depth and length again as per the hinge body size, milling the bottom hole.
Step 4: Do the Same Work on Door Frame Aligned
Step 5: Install the Concealed Hinge on Door Frame and fix with the Door Leaf
Step 6: Adjusting the door to right place by screwing the invisible hinges
Step 7: Testing close and open

Method 2: Installing by a DIY Convenient Router Jig by Zuperior Hardware
Fix 28mm(1.1 Inches) Width Concealed Door Hinges only, Zuperior Door Hinges.
Step 1: Fix the Router Jig on the Door Leaf
Set the Jig Length to the Hinge Length, fix the Upper router jig on the door leaf with closely fitting the jig to the door edge.
Step 2: Milling the Upper Hole For Door Hinge
Important Tips: Adjust the mill cutter as per the hinge thickness
Step 3: Fix the Bottom (Second) Jig and milling the Middle Part
Important Tips: Adjust the mill cutter as per the hinge thickness
Step 4: Milling Done and do the same work on door frame
Step 5: Install the Concealed Hinge on Door Frame and fix with the Door Leaf
Step 6: Adjusting the door to right place by screwing the invisible hinges
Step 7: Testing close and open
Step 8: Put the invisible door hinges covers,Done!
